Q : Who are you?
RUGS & KILIMS + are a subsidiary OF HANDMADE RUGS LTD a UK registered company based in Rye and Alresford owned by Bill Hill who has over forty years experience in sourcing, importing and designing handmade rugs. Working nationally around the UK.

Q : Do you deliver ?
Yes, we ship worldwide with the Royal Mail, UPS and FedEx and offer a full free delivery service in the UK. 

Q : What is your handmade rug return policy ?
All in-stock items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with the sales receipt. The refund will be returned in the same method as payment. Cash sales will be re-funded via ban.

Q : Do you have a catalogue of handmade rugs?
No, as all of our merchandise is all one of a kind, it is not possible to produce a catalogue but if you do not see what you are looking for on-line please contact us and we can send emails of all current stock or source the rug you are looking for.

Q : Are the colours accurate?
Whilst we go to great lengths to accurately reproduce the appearance of each rug we stock, we are unable to accept responsibility for any colour misrepresentations. Different display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our products. Wool is dyed in small batches and so some variation is inevitable.

Q : Is my payment secure?
Absolutely all online payments are processed using Clover. At no time do we record or keep any credit card details.
